Join us for a full-body strength class every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, designed to maximize your results.

Each Gro:Strength session has a specific focus:


Monday emphasizes pushing movements,

Wednesday targets pulling exercises,

Friday combines both in effective push-pull supersets.


This structured split ensures balanced development across your entire body.


Learn to lift correctly and confidently under the guidance of a personal trainer. You'll work through a periodised program that progressively builds your strength. Track your weights, see your progress, and get stronger each week while benefiting from a methodical approach that supports muscle growth, endurance, and overall physical fitness.
