With a fresh new set of workouts every 4 weeks, you’ll see continuous progress and never get bored!
Instead of spending your valuable time figuring out which exercises to do, how much weight you should use, and when to switch things up, you can have it all laid out for you so you can get to lifting right away!

While our core SFL programme delivers expertly designed workouts for everyone to follow, we also offer a 1-1 online coaching experience for those who want a completely customised approach.
With 1-1 coaching, your program is built exclusively for you. From tailored strength training plans, to personalised progress tracking and one-on-one support, everything is designed to match your unique goals, fitness level, and lifestyle.
You’ll work closely with your dedicated coach, who will guide you every step of the way—adjusting your workouts, providing accountability, and ensuring you stay on track to achieve your results. It’s a fully hands-on experience designed for those who want that extra level of personal attention and support.
