This program is designed to help you find your motivation, help you find a new exercise routine and most importantly set you up to achieve your individual fitness & wellness goals.

Please turn up just 5 minutes before the class.

 

Introduce yourself to the trainer and let them know if you have any current injuries or health implications.

During Class

Workout Safely

We have taken every care to make sure you feel comfortable when working out.

Equipment is santised after each class.

 

We have a maximum of 12 per session, which means no crowded spaces and personalised attention for each member.

During Class

Group Training & Yoga

✓ All classes are open to beginners

✓ All fitness classes led by Personal Trainers

Post Class

Relax & Refuel

Did you pre-order? Just look for your name on the drinks stand. Forgot to? There's still time. Rehydrate, recharge, and rebuild muscle after an intense workout. You deserve it.
